Country Manager for South Korea
Our client, a fast growing European company in Biotech/Medtech, approached Mentorprise for Executive Search assistance in several Asian regions, including a critical hire for South Korea (Seoul) as a first on the agenda. Our Enex Partner in Seoul does the local search, interviewing, benchmarking and selection of the candidates. Mentorprise manages the client and all it's questions and needs locally, from Belgium. We facilitate all steps from start to finish, making the neccecary translations in both language and culture, to finally make sure the best Country Manager will be hired. In January 2022, Mentorprise will start several Executive Searches for China too, following the same ENEX formula.
International Brand Director Europe
For one of our long lasting clients, active in the business of design and lighting, Mentorprise took the challenge to search for a new Sales Director Belgium and Luxembourg. After 6 weeks, the client was able to select 5 potential final candidates for this crucial position. The candidates were selected out of a mid-list of +10 valuable candidates. Finally, from those 5 candaddates, 3 of them will have the opportunity to present themselves at the corporate headquarters in Germany. As things are looking now, the complete Executive Search procedure will be completed succesfully within 12 weeks from start to finish.
